Phenpitcha serves as a Paralegal in our Trademark Department, specializing primarily in trademark prosecution activities. With her Bachelor of Science and Technology in General Science from the Faculty of Science, she brings analytical precision to managing application timelines, coordinating responses to office actions, and ensuring compliance with all procedural requirements throughout the trademark registration process.
 
Her dedicated approach to prosecution work, combined with her scientific background, enables our trademark attorneys to maintain efficient case management while delivering timely, accurate filings for clients. She provides essential support in tracking deadlines, preparing documentation, and facilitating smooth communication between our legal team and trademark offices.
