Phitchaporn Supaokit

Phitchaporn is a Junior Associate in the Legal Department of TMP Intellectual Property, where she supports the firm’s intellectual property enforcement and litigation practice. She assists with contentious trademark and copyright matters, including administrative proceedings before the Department of Intellectual Property and infringement cases before the courts.

Phitchaporn has gained practical experience in both trademark and intellectual property enforcement matters. Her experience includes identifying suspected online sellers of infringing goods, monitoring digital platforms for potential intellectual property violations, and supporting field operations conducted in cooperation with the Department of Special Investigation.

Her trademark experience includes preparing formal correspondence and supporting evidence for submissions to the Trademark Board, reviewing and summarizing appeal decisions, and conducting research for trademark applications. This background provides her with a practical understanding of trademark registration, administrative appeals, and the preparation of supporting documentation.

At TMP Intellectual Property, Phitchaporn assists with legal research, evidence review, case preparation, drafting written submissions, and organizing documents for appeals, oppositions, cancellation proceedings, and infringement litigation. Her research and drafting abilities, familiarity with enforcement work, and careful attention to detail enable her to provide effective support throughout each stage of a dispute.

Phitchaporn holds a Bachelor of Laws from Prince of Songkla University. Her practical exposure to trademark proceedings and anti-counterfeiting work, together with her strong interest in intellectual property law, provides a solid foundation for her developing practice in trademark and copyright enforcement.
