Bala Teksuwan

Bala brings valuable experience from her previous role as a legal officer at the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), where she gained in-depth knowledge of trademark law and the inner workings of intellectual property procedures. Drawing on this experience, she offers our clients effective and strategic solutions to complex intellectual property cases, particularly in the areas of trademark and copyright litigation.

In her current role, Bala manages litigation cases across all aspects of intellectual property, including trademarks and copyrights, representing clients in both civil and criminal matters. Additionally, she plays a key supervisory role within our trademark team, overseeing appeals against examiners’ decisions, oppositions, counter-oppositions, trademark validations, and cancellations. Her extensive background and direct experience in IP law enable her to provide clients with insightful legal counsel and robust advocacy.
