Adele Marchal

As Partner and Head of the International Department, Adele supervises all inbound and outbound filings and oversees communication with international associates. She represents the firm at various international IP events and possesses in-depth knowledge of trademark and patent prosecution laws in Thailand, Southeast Asia and China. She is a key contributor of our firm’s online resources, as she authored numerous articles and manages our Thailand IP Guides, our prominent publications on IP prosecution.

In addition to her legal expertise, Adele looks over the firm’s CSR initiatives, demonstrating her commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. Known for her approachable demeanor and attention to detail, she is dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation within the legal landscape.

Adele has an academic background in sustainable development and international law, which she applied prior to joining the firm as an in-house legal advisor at a French NGO focused on wildlife protection and as a research consultant for the UN in Bangkok.
