Arisa Nishio

Arisa is a Junior Trademark Associate in the Trademark Department of TMP Intellectual Property, where she assists Thai and international clients with the protection and administration of their trademark rights.

Her responsibilities include supporting trademark searches, preparing application documents, reviewing filing information, maintaining case records, and monitoring procedural deadlines. She also assists with trademark classification, preliminary legal research, and correspondence relating to applications and other prosecution matters. Her organized and detail-oriented approach helps ensure that every assignment is completed accurately and efficiently.

Before joining TMP Intellectual Property, Arisa gained practical legal experience at the Chonburi Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, where she prepared and reviewed legal documents, verified case records, and coordinated with government authorities.

Arisa holds a Bachelor of Laws from Mae Fah Luang University and has a strong foundation in legal research, analysis, and drafting. With her responsible and collaborative approach, together with her commitment to developing her expertise in trademark law, she provides valuable support to the firm’s trademark practice and contributes to the effective management of clients’ trademark portfolios.
