Kejmanee Thongsrithong

Kejmanee is an Associate in the Legal Department of TMP Intellectual Property. Her practice focuses primarily on intellectual property disputes, enforcement, and litigation, particularly in relation to trademarks and copyright. She assists Thai and international clients in protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights before administrative authorities and the courts.

Her work covers trademark oppositions, cancellation actions, appeals against decisions of the Trademark Registrar, copyright disputes, and trademark and copyright infringement proceedings. She assists throughout each stage of a matter, including conducting legal and factual research, reviewing evidence, preparing pleadings and written submissions, coordinating with clients and relevant authorities, and supporting lawyers during hearings and court proceedings.

Kejmanee also assists with enforcement strategies and pre-litigation matters. Her responsibilities include assessing potential infringements, organizing supporting evidence, preparing warning letters and related correspondence, and helping clients evaluate appropriate administrative or judicial remedies. Her careful and systematic approach helps ensure that complex disputes are managed accurately and efficiently.

Alongside her intellectual property practice, Kejmanee handles selected corporate and commercial matters. She assists with company incorporation, business registrations, corporate filings, amendments to company information, and the preparation and maintenance of statutory corporate records. She also advises on labour and employment matters, including employment documentation and regulatory compliance.

Kejmanee additionally supports clients with matters involving Thailand’s Board of Investment, including investment-promotion applications, supporting documentation, project amendments, and communications with BOI officers. Her combined experience in intellectual property litigation, corporate law, and regulatory matters enables her to provide practical and coordinated legal support that reflects clients’ broader commercial objectives.
