Ploychompu Saenglub

Ploychompu is an Associate in the Trademark Department of TMP Intellectual Property, focusing her practice on trademark prosecution and brand protection. With experience in both trademark matters and litigation, she assists Thai and international clients in protecting and managing their trademark rights in Thailand.

Her work includes conducting trademark clearance searches, assessing the similarity and registrability of proposed marks, preparing trademark applications, and supporting responses to office actions and other prosecution matters. She also assists with trademark classification, opposition and invalidation research, and the management of filing requirements and deadlines. Her careful and organized approach helps ensure that each matter is handled accurately and efficiently.

Before joining TMP Intellectual Property, Ploychompu gained practical experience as a litigation lawyer, where she prepared complaints, statements of defence, motions, petitions, and other court submissions. She also conducted legal research, managed concurrent case files and procedural deadlines, attended hearings, and coordinated with courts, clients, and opposing parties. This litigation background strengthens her ability to analyze legal issues, prepare persuasive written submissions, and approach trademark disputes with a practical understanding of court procedures.

Ploychompu earned her Bachelor of Laws from Thammasat University. Her strong research and drafting abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to developing her intellectual property practice make her a valuable member of TMP Intellectual Property’s trademark team.
