Patent Fast-Track Program extended to digital innovation
Thailand’s Department of Intellectual Property (DIP) has extended its Target Patent Fast-Track Program to cover digital innovations, including AI, IoT, and smart technologies. The program aims to accelerate patent and petty patent examination, supporting commercialization and strengthening Thailand’s digital economy.
