Thanyalak Kanya

Thanyalak holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Faculty of Science and Technology, Thammasat University, and is a Patent Specialist in our Patent Department. Her scientific training equips her with a solid understanding of technical concepts across a wide range of inventions, enabling her to support patent prosecution work with accuracy and clarity.

With a strong foundation in science, Thanyalak is actively involved in patent drafting and prosecution processes, including the preparation of specifications, review of technical disclosures, and coordination of Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) National Phase applications. She plays a key role in ensuring technical consistency, precise terminology, and compliance with patent formalities, particularly in science-based and technology-driven inventions.

Thanyalak’s ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear and well-structured patent documentation allows her to effectively support both local and international clients. She works closely with patent attorneys and agents to facilitate smooth filings under Thai and international patent systems, contributing to high-quality patent applications that meet both legal and technical standard.
